For our higher budget customize web design plans, we design a website from scratch. We spent time in planning, competitor analysis and research. After considering these points we design mockups for web pages. Mockup demonstrates the color schemes, content layouts, typography, icons, navigation visuals, images, and the overall feeling of the actual website design and user experience. We also give 2 to 3 revisions on designing as per client suggestions. Once the client approved our design, we start work on the coding part. This process takes lots of work and too many hours. Final products fulfilled all usability heuristics. This plan is especially for those who understand value of each process & believe in full customization and uniqueness of products.

Initially, when we have started the company at that time we are just giving customize design plans to clients and that plan cost was very high. Some people compare our price with other company’s lower budget web design plans without checking our features, work process, and other differentiations. We lost many clients whose budget was very less. After understanding issues, we have also created some low-cost web design plans using a ready template and less revision work without losing quality. By adding this lower budget packages, we satisfied people who have a lower budget. People are very happy with our lower budget plans with our quality work and services.

For ready theme-based web design work takes 20 to 30 days. But it also depends upon number of pages and what extra functionality needed to client. Client need to provide content, images, logos and other information related to their business in time to finish the project on time

It depends upon what types of website you want to develop. for information base website, we need

• Images of your company, employees, offices and etc
• Content for the website example about the company, services, products, clients, contact us, etc
• Any videos you would like adding to the website
• Transparent logo

For all our web design plans, we provide free shared hosting (Starter Plan) for one year. We also provide hosting support and monthly backup with this plan. We will manage the hosting for you so you don’t need to do anything.

This depends upon changes and update in a month. We can discuss a package that’s right for you.

Most of our website is customize in WordPress. WordPress is the best CMS platform anyone can handle it. We provide WordPress training videos link, so the client can manage their website by themselves.

Yes. Your website will be fully responsive and will look great on all devices. In today’s world, mobile responsiveness is a must.

For only high premium plans, we will purchase the images from royalty-free images stocks website. So in the future, there is no legal issue on images. You get legal protections for use of images in your site, so you can use images worry-free.

Domain price is not the same & its rate always fluctuates. If you want, we can buy a domain for you. You have to pay the domain costs. We’ll send you an annual invoice for the renewal along with the hosting fees.

For Lower budget plan clients need to pay the full amount in advance. For plan above 10k, you have to pay 60% advance, and the following 40% is taken 30 days after this.

No. Some of clients delaying to provide website content, products, images & other important information related to their business. Due to the delay in providing information from client, it can take a lot longer than expected to complete. This is why we always invoice 30 days after the original payment.

No. For lower plans, we discuss everything on phone and email only.

For higher plans, we can do a meeting on Skype or via the phone. It’s doesn’t require to meet people personally on their location.

Nowadays technology is so advance , we doesn’t require to meet personally. There are many software in market through which we discuss on online. Technology allows us to do so much in a small space of time so we don’t believe face to face meetings are necessary.

If you still need to meet personally you have to pay our consultation price and travel expenses and possible accommodation depending on the distance.

Some companies cheat clients by adding SEO plugin and say that we do SEO with web design. SEO is usually an ongoing commitment and will require continuous work. However, we add SEO plugin & do on-page optimization for a few pages. By doing only on-page optimization you cannot rank in search engine. To rank in the search engine you have to focus on off-page optimization work. You have to buy special designed SEO package to rank in Search engine.

However, we do offer an SEO package as per the quantity of the keywords and deliverables.

No. Social media is not a part of the web design process. However, If you’d like us to do this for you, we can arrange a package that suits you.
