At Webztech Innovations, client satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital and consulting services, refunds and cancellations are governed by the following policy.
General Policy
No refunds are applicable for domain registration and web hosting services
Refunds apply only to advance payments made before work has commenced
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
Applicable if cancellation is requested before project work starts
Request must be made within 24 hours of payment
GST amount is non-refundable
Partial Refund
Applicable if work has started and the client is dissatisfied
Refund amount will be proportional to work completed
Refund decision and amount will be determined by Webztech Innovations
Request must be made within 3 days of payment
No Refund
No refund after 3 days of payment
No refund once the website is completed or live
No refund for delays caused by lack of client input, approvals, or materials
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 45 business days
Refunds will be issued via online transfer or cheque
Complaint Resolution
Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to contact us to resolve issues amicably. We aim to find a mutually acceptable solution wherever possible.
